From a young age, my mother told me: “You will have to work twice as hard as your counterparts to receive the same opportunities.” Like many other people from an ethnic minority background, this is something I’ve always carried with me.

At MLC, I can wholeheartedly say my experience differs greatly from my mother’s words of wisdom. MLC has always strived to support and develop me as an individual, both professionally and personally. And to find an organisation, that invests so much in its people and has genuine care and consideration for their careers is rare.
